Shared ( E-Commerce)

Our shared resource pricing starts at $399/month. ($499 after November 1, 2021) This package is for smaller e-commerce companies with a small number of interactions / tickets requiring email / ticket support.

If you want to have 0 tickets every day, you can choose our after-hours support option.

We assign team members to a couple companies that have similar needs. You can upgrade from a shared model to dedicated resources as your business grows.

You can also combine our shared services with a dedicated team member.

Under the shared resource model, BetterSupport would assign a zendesk email address for every client. You can forward your existing customer service email to your zendesk email address. Better Support will also issue your company a zendesk account for you to review interactions and respond to any escalations through zendesk.

Using another ticketing system?

We can still serve you using our dedicated resource model – where dedicated team members would tap onto / use your exisiting tech stack /ticketing systems and more.

Onboarding Fee

We have a one-time onboarding fee of $499 for both dedicated and shared models. This would include training, equipment setup, etc.
